Explore Data

Explore key services that support clinicians and researchers in discovering and accessing EuCanImage data through dedicated subsections

EuCanImage provides a range of services to facilitate data discovery and access for the scientific and clinical community. In the following subsections, users can explore platform features specifically designed to support the retrieval of imaging and health data, and to understand the conditions under which such data can be accessed and used.

Data from this Biobank can be used to investigate AI solutions to identify colorectal liver metastases (CRLM) in colorectal cancer from pre- and post-operative contrasted enhanced CT. Data from this Biobank can also be used to investigate AI solutions to improve the classification of LI-RADS intermediate liver lesions based on multiphasic and non-contrast enhanced CT images. Data from this Biobank can also be used to improve the classification of LI-RADS intermediate liver lesions (LR-2 to LR-4) based on contrasted and non-contrast enhanced CT images.

Data from this Biobank can be used to investigate AI solutions to identify mesorectal lymph node metastases in pelvic MRI. Data from this Biobank can also be used to investigate AI solutions to predict the level of response to neoadjuvant radio(chemo) therapy (complete response, partial response or no response) based on primary MRI in rectal cancer for local staging and restaging.

Data from this Biobank can be used to investigate AI solutions to improve the assessment of screening mammograms by automatically differentiating benign from malignant tumours. Data from this Biobank can also be used to investigate AI solutions to distinguish five molecular subtypes of invasive ductal breast carcinoma on mammography images. The five subtypes are: Luminal A, Luminal B (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) positive or negative), HER2 positive, and triple negative.
